Diagnostics

There are times when you know there is dysfunction in your team or organisation, but you can't put your finger on it. This is where an independent look at your team can be highly supportive to discover the blind spots and topics that are not on the surface (the 'elephants in the room').

We meet with everyone in the team and then put together a diagnostic report and presentation for you, including:

  • which aspects of communication are working well
  • which aspects are not working well
  • our assessment of the key factors creating the communication dynamics
  • recommendations about how you can improve

Our first step is to define with you the areas you want to look at. From this we develop a meeting proforma to collect the data. Next we meet with all team members (100% confidential) and finally prepare our written report and final discussion with you.
