Our Story
Working intimately with teams of young entrepreneurs I became convinced that for teams to perform at their highest level, the individuals in them must have well functioning relationships with each other.
I realised that qualities such as collaboration, positive mindset, respect, mutual support and constructive challenge are critical for a healthy and dynamic team.
Yet these ‘softer’ attributes of a team are often overlooked in favour of ‘hard’ factors such as structure, process and roles. While these are important they do not in themselves create performance. People do.
I decided to develop diagnostic tools to give you a picture of the human dynamic within your team or working group. I supplement these with interventions to enhance the human experience of your team to get them to perform at a higher level.
