Octavian Istrate

Based in Iași, Romania, Octavian is a nonviolent communication trainer and very passionate about bringing collaboration in the workplace.

He discovered the principles behind nonviolent communication in 2010 and he was very attracted to the possibility of people working together while taking care of everyone’s needs, and doing this with increased effectiveness.

Since then he became a certified trainer with CNVC and started to spread this principles by holding workshops and courses in companies that operate in a wide range of business: from software development to restaurants, from medical to marketing.
